Platform Policy

PlacioX safety guidance helps landlords and tenants set clear operating expectations before anyone enters or uses a business space.
Landlords should provide accurate information about access, loading areas, drive-in doors, docks, ceiling height, power, parking, yard surfaces, operating hours, restrictions, and known site conditions.
Tenants should accurately describe their intended use, dates, staffing, vehicle and truck activity, equipment, loading requirements, storage needs, and any operational condition that could affect the property or other occupants.
Property access should follow the approved booking, agreed hours, owner instructions, site security procedures, and any identity or document checks required for the space. Approval for one use or area does not authorize access to other areas.
Forklifts, docks, cranes, powered equipment, loading zones, and other site infrastructure should be used only when authorized and by appropriately trained or qualified personnel.
Hazardous materials, regulated goods, high-risk processes, unusual electrical loads, manufacturing activity, and other specialized uses must be disclosed before approval and may require additional documentation or may be prohibited at a property.
Users should stop unsafe activity, follow emergency procedures, notify the property contact when appropriate, and report material incidents or marketplace safety concerns to PlacioX support.
