Platform: PlacioX

Contact: info@placiox.com

Introduction

This notice explains how PlacioX collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information from landlords, property owners, brokers, and business owners who list or evaluate short-term business space on the platform.

Information We Collect from Landlords

We may collect account information, business contact details, company information, listing details, space photos, addresses, access rules, availability, pricing, insurance and document requirements, communications, support requests, and operational activity inside PlacioX.

How We Use Landlord Information

We use landlord information to create and review listings, match spaces with tenant demand, manage inquiries and bookings, generate invoices and statements, support Julia Chat, provide customer support, improve marketplace quality, and protect platform safety.

AI Use for Listings and Matching

PlacioX may use AI tools to help draft listing copy, improve search results, identify relevant tenant demand, and summarize marketplace context. We use minimum necessary data and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI tools.

What Information Is Publicly Visible

Public listing pages may show space title, city or area, approximate size, space type, pricing unit, amenities, allowed uses, restrictions, access features, availability signals, and photos. Landlord private email addresses and direct contact details are not shown publicly.

How We Share Landlord Information

We may share relevant listing, access, approval, and booking information with tenants, administrators, service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics/security tools, and legal or compliance recipients when required.

Payments and Payouts

Payment and payout workflows may involve Stripe or other payment providers. PlacioX may process booking amounts, platform fees, add-ons, receipts, invoices, payout statements, and related payment status information.

Marketing Communications

Landlords may opt in to receive PlacioX updates, listing performance notes, marketplace opportunities, and commercial messages. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting service messages.

Retention

We retain landlord information as long as needed to operate the platform, maintain listings and booking records, meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, support security, and improve marketplace operations.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfect, but we limit public exposure of private contact details and use protected platform messaging where practical.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Landlords may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting info@placiox.com or submitting a request through the Privacy Center. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Cross-Border Processing

PlacioX and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other jurisdictions where platform infrastructure or providers operate.
